yesterday morning started out like any other morning. making beds, picking up toys, getting breakfast, etc. and then i let my kids in on my little secret. today they got to have 'friends' over. marci was bringing her two little ones over (maya and peyton) and tiffany was bring her kids as well (kendyl and ryker). i shouldn't have told them so early cause for the next 2 hours kamryn kept running to the window to see if anyone was here yet and hunter whined for 2 hours... "i wanna play wid tendyl.... i wanna play wid maya!"
their little friends finally arrived about noon and the fun started. we had the swimming pool all filled and waiting to be played in. we had the sprinkler all set up and the sandbox filled. three things that create endless fun for little ones.
i also had set out a couple of chairs in the shade of our big maple to give us moms a little relief from the sun and marci provided the pepsi- life doesn't get much sweeter than sitting under a maple, sipping (who am i kidding- gulping) your pepsi and shooting the breeze with 2 of your favorite people!

the best was that he kept telling me it was "jax's doddie poopoo". i know it wasn't because i watched him smear the sand all over him- but he loves to tease me!

that was so much fun and the girls had a ball...next week, redo? peytie was asleep before i got back out to the truck. thank you again for letting us come over.

What a fun time...we are in desperate need of a playdate, and wish it could be with you!
next week, same time, same place? i'm up for it and so are my kids. hunter won't stop saying that he misses HIS mardi!!!!
