my aunt marci and i ventured down south to visit some friends of ours. sad to say, we didn't get to visit with everyone we wanted, but we still had a grand ole time. we stayed up until way after our bedtime, we giggled like little school girls, we sewed up a storm, we talked about everything (nothing seems to be off limits with these women), we cried (v and marie- you missed the crying, we only do that in the car), we hung out with the cutest little kids around (they were especially cute because i wasn't in charge of them!!!), caught up on old friendships and strengthened new ones. when we were packing up to leave i finally busted out the camera and none of us were really "camera ready" (and unfortunately we don't have the self confidence of this one), so, here is the only shot i'm allowed to post on the internet... but i have really good blackmail material for another day... hmmmm.... marci, v, you best be nice to me and get me a fabulous birthday present!!!!
i'll let ya'll figure out who's are who's feet... any guesses???

Ummm...the red toes are V's. I'm going to guess that Marci is wearing socks, and you are wearing the cute shoes.

how exactly did she know that my feet were the cozy warm ones and you have the cute shoes? hmmm i guess that says something about my personality...good or bad i'm not sure!
i had so so much fun with you and am so glad we got to go. sorry about the 'ugly' cry in the car and thank you for not making me get out to get my own pepsi. you're a peach.
