we took the kids (all 5 of them) up to timp cave today with grandma kathy and grandpa murray. they all did awesome. not one of them had to be carried... and they left kathy and i in the dust on the last few switch backs (it gets hella steep!!!). i'm pretty sure i'll be sore for days (edit*** i couldn't move for 2 days after with out noticing muscles i never knew i had... i'm way out of shape!!!)
